My Affirmations Don't Work - How Theta Healing Helps

Affirmations always make you feel good at a moment. And yet as time goes by - you don't see a change in your daily life, you don't see a sustainable change in the way you feel.

Why affirmation doesn't work?

  1. We select and do affirmations using our conscious mind, reasoning that we can easily follow.

  2. However, we are governed by our subconscious mind, the beliefs and thought forms shaped by our experiences since the moment we were born, those passed to us genetically, the past lives memories.

You can keep saying repeatedly and consistently day after day, week after week a certain affirmation - e.g. "My body is beautiful, and I know how to appreciate my body", or "I welcome love and loving partner in my life". Still doesn't work.

How to shift this with Theta Healing?

To Identify if there is a contradicting belief which exist in your subconscious mind that prevents you from resonating with the new belief.

Think of it as a glass with dirty water - you can add fresh water but until the old one is there - it is still undrinkable. You need to take out something that is not working for you any more and replace with what you wish.

How Theta Healing Consultation is organized:

- Each session is about 60 min long

- Session starts with a chat and introduction of specific topic, issue the client would like to focus on

- Instructor guides client through the meditative process to identify and replace limiting beliefs with the positive ones

- The session can be done in person or remotely via zoom

Important: in Theta Healing work you can work ONLY on yourself, you can't request a change in other person's beliefs or behavior, their attitude to you. The change requested can be only positive.
